Laila has over a decade of experience in management and the field of holistic treatment and recovery. She is a Florida native but has spent time abroad furthering her skillsets and knowledge in the field of holistic health.

Driven by a deep respect for those who serve on the front lines, Laila shares the mission of Bayside Recovery and Wellness Center as she is personally connected to the First Responder culture, understanding the profound pressures, demands, and unique challenges that they face daily.

Laila is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters resilience, mental wellness, and recovery alongside a skilled team creating a supportive and healing environment.

She is a Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO) through the Practice Management Institute.

Laila finds purpose in providing holistic healing processes and tools for healthy emotional and physical healing. She is passionate about helping others heal naturally so they can live peaceful lives of abundance.
